A yoga, mindfulness and community event space in the heart of south London

What is it?

Stillpoint Yoga Brixton has been created as a side project to our ongoing Ashtanga yoga morning classes in London Bridge. A space for SYL to host our highly inspiring workshops and events, we also support local community events,  yoga classes run by local teachers and we also hire the space for yoga workshops/events.

How it works?

Stillpoint Yoga Brixton works separately to our London Bridge shala, all the classes are either booked through the teacher directly or paid for at the beginning of the class.
The space is also available to hire for your classes or events. Get in touch below for availability or classes.

Regular classes

 

Mondays

Tuesdays

7am – 8am: Early morning class with Gurpreet from Brixton Yoga £8. For details contact: www.brixtonyoga.co.uk

9:30-10:30am:   Absolute Beginners with Karen £10 drop-in, £45 for 5 classes, £85 for booking all 10. Learn different types of yoga breathing (pranayama), begin stretching and moving, working towards completing the Sun Salutation series over 10 weeks.
