What is it?

Stillpoint Yoga Brixton has been created as a side project to our ongoing Ashtanga yoga morning classes in London Bridge. A space for SYL to host our highly inspiring workshops and events, we also support local community events,  yoga classes run by local teachers and we also hire the space for yoga workshops/events.

How it works?

Stillpoint Yoga Brixton works separately to our London Bridge shala, all the classes are either booked through the teacher directly or paid for at the beginning of the class.
The space is also available to hire for your classes or events. Get in touch below for availability or classes.

Stillpoint Yoga Brixton Schedule

Regular classes


7pm – 8pm:  Level 2 Iyengar Yoga class with Celia.  £10-12. This is an intermediate class, some knowledge of Iyengar Yoga would be preferable.  Booking essential, contact:


7am – 8am:  Hatha Yoga with Pippa.  These classes are about feeling good.  You can expect to come away feeling refreshed as you work towards finding the love and joy in your body.  Pippa teaches traditional Hatha Yoga which combines relaxation methods, physical postures, breathwork and meditation.  Classes include moves to warm up your body and will then build into more challenging postures followed by rest in Savasana.  Classes will initially be streamed online from the studio. £8 per class. ** New class starting 3rd November – 9:30am – 10:30am:  Vinyasa Flow with Emily.  An energising Vinyasa Flow to get the body moving and energy flowing.  Contact Emily: 07763 951845 or  £12 per class.

7:45pm – 8:45pm: Himalayan Hatha Yoga with Carlo.  A strong form of yoga working on the whole body and mind with special sequencing.  It is based on traditional principles of Hatha Yoga.  The structure of the class will focus on asanas as well as breath, locks and emphasising your inner focus.  It subtly works across all systems and will leave you feeling cleansed and revitalised.  Limited places available, contact: or to reserve your place.  £10 contribution.


10:15am – 12pm: Assisted self-practice Ashtanga with Scott Johnson £15 – email for pre-booking only.

7:15pm – 8:15pm: ‘My Yoga Practice’ with Emma Rosen. In this class you can expect varying paces of practice from Dymanic Vinyasa to slower flows, to Yin Yoga.  You will also get guided meditations, self-care tools, other physical practices and sound healing.  For more information and booking go to:

10am – 11am:  Prana Kriya Yoga with Carlo.  This style of Yoga uses the movement of the body combined with breath retention to harmonise and unite the flow of the physical movement in our bodies (kriya) with its energetic power, helping you become aware of your creative potential.  Physically changing and working on stamina, it is a highly energising, cleansing and relaxing practice, rejuvenating the brain and spinal centres, awakening the hidden energy within you.  Limited places available, contact: or to reserve your place.  £10 contribution.

Friday 2nd October – 7:15pm – 9pm:  Full Moon Yin Yoga & Sound Bath.
