The Still Space Online

Would you like to learn a practice that can change your life?

The Still Space Online

An inspiring 5 day mindfulness programme between Monday and Friday

  • Mindfulness lecture each week
  •  Week night guided meditations
  • Community practice

Stillpoint Online is doing incredible work bringing people together. The workshops with guest teachers from around the world have been really inspiring, and Scott holds such a beautiful space for the Stillpoint community to continue to meet, move together, and support each other. It’s given me a real sense of structure and routine while everything else seems to be shifting – offering an amazing opportunity to connect and practice with others, just when that connection is needed the most
