An inspiring 6 day yoga and mindfulness programme between Monday and Saturday, including:

Join us for a full and inspiring week of yoga practice and connection as Scott Johnson and the SYL team lead Ashtanga yoga classes, mindfulness sessions, breathing techniques and chanting sessions throughout the week.

Schedule

** from 14th – 19th June there will be a revised schedule due to Scott being away on retreat. 

– Each morning will be a guided primary series with Lee Monk and Wendy Haigh (see the calendar below)

– In place of the mindfulness evenings there will be a restorative class with Narmin Mohammadi on Monday, Wednesday (7:30pm – 8:30pm) and Friday (normal time)**

Monday

6:00am – 06:25am: Shanti Mantra chanting with Scott Johnson on Zoom and Instagram Live. (Download the chants here)

6.30am – 08.15am: Ashtanga yoga self practice with Scott Johnson.

6.30am – 08.15am: Ashtanga yoga guided primary series with Lee Monk.

7:30pm – 8:30pm: The Still Space: Yoga/Mindfulesss lecture and sitting practice.

 

Tuesday

6am – 6:25am: Shanti Mantra chanting with Scott on Zoom and Instagram Live.

6.30am – 08.15am: Ashtanga yoga self practice with Scott Johnson.

6.30am – 08.15am: Ashtanga yoga guided primary series with Lee Monk.

8pm – 8:30pm: The Still Space: Mindfulness and compassion sitting practice.

 

Wednesday

6am – 6:25am: Shanti Mantra chanting with Scott on Zoom and Instagram Live.

6.30am – 08.15am: Ashtanga yoga self practice with Scott Johnson.

6.30am – 08.15am: Ashtanga yoga guided primary series with Lee Monk.

8pm – 8:30pm: The Still Space: Mindfulness and compassion sitting practice.

 

Thursday

6am – 6:25am: Shanti Mantra chanting with Scott on Zoom and Instagram Live.

6.30am – 08.15am: Ashtanga yoga guided primary/intermediate series with Scott Johnson

8pm – 8:30pm: The Still Space: Mindfulness and compassion sitting practice.

 

Friday

6am – 6:25am: Shanti Mantra chanting with Scott on Zoom and Instagram Live.

6.30am – 08.15am: Ashtanga yoga sanskrit counted primary series  with Scott Johnson

7pm – 8pm: The Still Space: Restorative yoga with Narmin Mohammadi to help unwind mind and body. You can use sofas, cushions, blankets and eye masks to help aid your relaxation.

Saturday

7am – 7:25am: Shanti Mantra chanting with Scott on Zoom and Instagram Live.

7.30am – 09.15am: Ashtanga yoga guided primary series with Wendy Haigh.
