Join us for a full and inspiring week of yoga practice and connection as Scott Johnson leads Ashtanga yoga classes, mindfulness sessions, breathing techniques and chanting sessions throughout the week.
The Movement Space
Ashtanga Yoga Counted/Guided Class, Chanting, Mindfulness and Breathing.
Monday to Friday: 06.00 – 08.15
Saturday: 07.30 – 09.00
From 06:00 (also Saturday at 07:30am) Scott will chant the Shanti Mantras on his Instagram Live account. We will open the Zoom session at this time so you can listen or chant with him. Here is a download of the Vedic Shanti Mantras that Scott chants if you’d like to follow along.
Monday to Friday from 06.30: Scott will lead mindfulness, breathing and Ashtanga yoga guided classes sessions each morning, teaching the many elements that underpin the Ashtanga yoga practice. NOTE: Each Thursday Scott will lead a half primary/half intermediate series class for all levels. This will be a great way to discover the early part of the intermediate series and it’s relationship to the backbending sequence.
Saturday from 07.30: SYL London Bridge teacher Wendy Haigh will lead a guided primary series class.
The Still Space
Monday 8.00pm – 8.30pm:
Scott Johnson will lead a mindfulness lecture and set the intention for the week’s practice ahead.
Monday to Friday 8:30pm – 9:00pm
Scott Johnson will lead a 25 minute evening mindfulness practice, to settle you at the end of the day.
Friday: 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Senior Stillpoint teacher Narmin Mohammadi leads a gentle restorative yoga class to help unwind mind and body. Tools include: sofas, cushions, blankets and eye masks to help aid your relaxation.
