Book a beginners 1-to-1 class with SYL director Scott Johnson
Enjoy a 1.5hr private session with Scott including 2 follow-up drop-in classes at the SYL morning self practice classes.
A 1-to-1 one intensive gives you the opportunity to focus on developing a personal Ashtanga yoga practice. Many people have taken this course with Scott and have enjoyed the personal attention that unfolds over the first 1.5 hr session. In seeing how the different aspects of the practice (breathing, structure and focus) can be nurtured you will have your own practice to take away with you and be suitably prepared for practicing in the SYL morning self practice classes.
The 1.5hr private class is scheduled between 10:00 and 13:00 on a mutually suitable date and the 2 follow-up classes are to taken within a week of the initial 1-to-1 session.
