Try our beginners class for free on all Saturdays in November (14th, 21st and 28th) from 07:30 – 08:30am as we introduce our new online beginners yoga programme to you.

The online beginners classes are amazing. In the lessons that I have accessed I have learnt so much. The online platform still feels like I am in an actual class as the teachers provide cues and prompts to assist with alignment and foundation.

I am very grateful to have this opportunity to learn at Stillpoint London.

Join us for a full and inspiring week of yoga practice and connection as the SYL team lead early morning Ashtanga yoga classes, mindfulness sessions, breathing techniques and chanting sessions throughout the week.

You can sign up on any day and get going!

Schedule

Our online beginners yoga classes start from 06:30 – 07:30, Monday to Friday and from 07.30 – 08:30 on Saturday.

Join our yoga beginner teachers Scott Arnott and Emma Burdon for early morning themed beginners classes where you will learn the fundamental elements of a safe and long term yoga practice. You can join for as few or as many classes as you like.

There are also bonus evening sessions throughout the week in The Still Space. Join us for mindfulness, a Monday philosophy lecture and a Friday restorative class.

Monday

6:00am – 06:25am: Shanti Mantra chanting with Scott Johnson on Zoom and Instagram Live. (Download the chants here)

6.30am – 07.30am: Beginners class with Scott Arnott

7:30pm – 8:00pm: The Still Space: ‘Understanding the Yoga Sutra’ philosophy presentation through autumn and winter with Scott Johnson

8:00pm – 8:30pm: The Still Space: Mindfulness and compassion sitting practice

 

Tuesday

6am – 6:25am: Shanti Mantra chanting with Scott Johnson on Zoom and Instagram Live.

6.30am – 07.30am: Beginners class with Emma Burdon

8pm – 8:30pm: The Still Space: Mindfulness and compassion sitting practice.

 

Wednesday

6am – 6:25am: Shanti Mantra chanting with Scott Johnson on Zoom and Instagram Live.

6.30am – 07.30am: Beginners class with Scott Arnott

8pm – 8:30pm: The Still Space: Mindfulness and compassion sitting practice.

 

Thursday

6am – 6:25am: Shanti Mantra chanting with Scott Johnson on Zoom and Instagram Live.

6.30am – 07.30am: Beginners class with Emma Burdon

8pm – 8:30pm: The Still Space: Mindfulness and compassion sitting practice.

 

Friday

7pm – 8pm: The Still Space: Restorative yoga with Narmin Mohammadi to help unwind mind and body. You can use sofas, cushions, blankets and eye masks to help aid your relaxation.

Saturday

6.30am – 07.30am: Beginners class with Emma Burdon
