SYL Class Cancellation Policy

Classes booked through our online payment system deem you to be attending that class and therefore a period of 12 hours notice needs to be given in view of a cancellation. Should this not happen, or you do not attend the class, you will be charged the full price of the class. The online payment schedule email you received when you sign up for a class states the time and date of the class. This allows you to be aware of what you have booked and know when you are coming.

10 x Class Cards Policy

The issue of a 10 class card upon payment will redeem you with 10 classes to attend within a period of 6 weeks. These classes can be taken anytime within the 6 week framework and the card becomes active once you have attended your first class. Please note that once payment is made you have a 6 week window from that date from which you can attend your first class. Upon payment for a class card the card is not refundable. In particular circumstances we can offset classes against future sessions. These circumstances require the production of a verified doctors/therapist certificate. If you do not attend within that time the card becomes invalid. We will send you reminders about attendance. Attendance for these classes is monitored by Stillpoint Yoga London and you will be kept informed of your attendance by checking your SYL card that is stamped at the end of each class. This card is also redeemable against one of the moon day morning workshops during the month. One class will be taken off in this instance. Please make sure you are able to attend the 6 week period you have booked for. It is down to you to make sure you can attend in the time permitted.

Monthly3 Class Pass Policy

On issue of a monthly3 card at the 1st or 15th of the month this card entitles you to 3 classes a week from the date issued until the last day of the month or the 14th of that month (whichever you are on), up to a maximum 13 classes. There should only be 3 classes taken in a calendar week and there are to be no classes moved between weeks (i.e. 4 classes one week, 2 the next). These cards are for the morning Mysore self practice classes only and are not for workshops outside of this time. This card is though redeemable against one of the moon day morning workshops during the month. One class will be taken off in this instance.

Monthly5 Class Pass Policy

On issue of a monthly5 card at the 1st or 15th of the month this card entitles you to access of all throughout the month from the date issued until the last day of the month or the 14th of that month (whichever date you paid). This card is redeemable against one of the moon day morning workshops during the month.

Please note: Monthly5 and Monthly3 passes are only available to purchase on the 1st and 15th of the month. Please make yourself aware of these dates. Should you wish to purchase a Monthly5/3 pass outside of these dates, your pass will start on the nearest previous date of that month.
