The 2016 Spring Gathering sees us change location for this event to Globe House on Crucifix Lane. Don’t worry, you won’t need to go far, as Globe House is located 5 minutes walk from London Bridge Station.

Supporting Your Practice

The Spring Gathering is one of our annual signature Stillpoint Yoga London events that places community at the heart of yoga.

Blending asana practice, philosophy, pranayama and chanting, over a weekend we bring people together to share in practice and discussion so we can see how these deeper elements affect relationships with each other and our lives. At SYL we are so interested in seeing how yoga practice can affect your life so this event hopefully helps to bring some awareness to that.

The Spring Gathering brings together a variety of teachers who are highly skilled in different aspects of yoga to share with people those elements of practice. Not only do they teach within their areas of expertise, but these teachers also participate in the event itself (taking part in the practices of their peers), so there is more an element of sharing with each other rather than a teacher/student aspect.

Past events have featured John Scott, Matthew Remski, Norman Blair and Liz Lark.
